Question about squats?!


Question: Question about squats!?
could i get the same results from doing wide stance squats as i could from doing the narrow version of it!? which will do a better job at making my butt look rounder!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

They will BOTH make your butt look rounder since the activity of squatting builds glute muscle; however, I would steer clear of squatting with your legs out too wide!. This is very hard on your joints, particularly your hips and knees!. You should always have your joints lined up so I would never stand with your legs more than hip width apart!. Also, MAKE SURE YOUR FEET ARE COMPLETELY PARALLEL AND NOT TURNED OUT!!!! I have been a certified fitness professional with my own business and so I'm not talking out of my glutes here (a little trainer humor)!. If you want a gorgeous, round, "ghetto onion", I would perform lunges with hand weights!. Maybe you could throw in some bicep curls at the same time!. As you lower your back leg down (with your torso straight up and down!. Everything is best at 90 degree angles with weights but as long as your torso and front shin are at the same angle, you should be safe!. It's just very easy to be in best form with both the front shin and torso straight up and down!.) !.!. anyway, as you lower that back leg, curl the dumbbells up with elbows close to your sides and squeeze or pump your biceps at the top; then as you rise back up, lower the dumbbells back into the starting position!. Sometimes I even add a kick-back with a squeeze of my back leg as I rise up to get some extra-hamstring and glute action!. If you do these until you are sufficiently feeling the lactic acid or burn, you will get gorgeous sculpted legs and butt (provided you are eating clean and lean also)! Another way is to do stationary lunges!. Those actually are even harder! Just stand with one leg out in front of the other as if you are going to lunge forward, keeping your tummy tight, your torso straight up and down and hold some dumbbells in each hand!. Slowly lower your back leg until your back thigh is perfectly in line with your torso; then rise back up!. I guaratee if you do 15 of those, you are going to feel the burn of the century and gain great booty success in the process! Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

well if you do the wider version it works more the outside and sides of your thighs!. if you do the narrow version it works the inside of your thighs exercise your quadriceps muscles!. BUT If you want to get your butt and like the sadle bag area what you should also do along with your squats are Donkey Kicks!. ok so first of all!.!.!.!.the narropw swuats work out your inner groing and quads!.!.!.and the wide spread squats work out your hamstrings quads and your butt!.!.!.!.!.actually!.!.!.both of the work out your butt because your doing the same motion!.!.!.but good luck on w/e ur doinWww@Answer-Health@Com

Where you position your feet just targets different muscles!. For a nicer butt, you'd be best off with your feet closer togetherWww@Answer-Health@Com
