Good workout/diet for 14 year old?

im looking to tone up, not lose any drastic wait because im not overweight, just to tone up.

any suggestions?

exercise daily or 5 days a week , try pilates, yoga, aerobics,cardio,swimming(you know swimming in 1 hour burns 900 kcal!)
and about your diet just eat in a healthy way balance your diet and be happy!
