i am hitting teenage and i am out of shape i weigh 13 stones what do you reconmend i am kinnda lazy aswell help before its too late!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I think you answered your own question - kinda lazy!.

The only way is to eat less than you are burning off through exercise!. End of!. Sitting on your bum ain't gonna make the pounds drop off!. Do small things like walk a little further!. Choose healthier snacks!. Take the stairs not the elevator!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
