Question:

For a healthy long life?

I'm trying to lose weight,NOT just to look good but to live a longer healthier life my question is what should I do? I mean it's pretty hard to keep myself not "cheating"..I'm exercising regularly 5-6 days per week, I'm a bit depressed .., in general I know what's healthy and what's not. I usually drink green(herbal)tea after a meal I try eating vege's in every meal and sometimes eat fruits as snacks . I try avoiding fast food though that's very diffucult because sometimes when I'm hungry and want to eat there it is right infront of me( I'm not the one who ordered though ) what should I avoid? and can you name some processed food? any tips or suggestions will be very appreciated.

My suggestion is to keep doing what your doing, excercise and eat healthy, and i no some foods are tempting, that arnt healthy so my advice is to once a week cheat, only once. So your still getting that tempting food, but only once a week, once a week isnt going to hurt anything, if your still eating healthy the rest of the week and excercising dailey.
