Question: If I do this can I eat anything I want and stay lean!?
1 hour jog at 6:00- 7:00 morning
1 hour swimming (freestyle) at 5:00-6:00 afternoon

Add in 3-4 times of weight training in a week!. (each session 30 minute)

I also move around a lot!.

As others have stated, it's a matter of your metabolism!.

It also depends how you'll be getting those calories!. No, you can't get 5-6k worth of calories by going on a Big Mac and cheesecake diet and not expect to gain weight, no matter who you are!.

If you eat smart though, it might be possible to do around 4,000-4,500 if you have a good metabolism!. I've been on a diet for 3 months now where I've been getting close to consuming 4,000 calories daily, and my weight has stayed steady!. I have a similar exercise routine to yours; but I don't "eat anything I want"!. I try to keep my diet relatively healthy!.

Ultimately, your body will tell you what it can do!. Give it a try if you want!. My guess is that you'll notice a pretty strong loss of energy for your workouts if you completely ignore a healthy diet and try to keep up that exercise pace!. Absolutely not!. The only kinds of people who can consume that number of calories on a daily basis are the super-athletes like Lance Armstrong who do such strenuous physical exercise that they can barely keep the weight on as is!. 5,000 - 6,000 is an outrageous amount of calories to consume on a daily basis!. 3,000 is pushing it!. I'd go with 2000-2,500, given your exercise schedule!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I admire that you have been wise to ask this about stay lean!. It means that you are already care about your health!.

You jog 1 hour at 6:00 - 7:00 am, swim 1 hour freestyle at 5:00 - 6:00 pm plus 3-4 times a week of 30 minutes weight training and move around a lot!.

Yes, it is wonderful exercises,jog, swim, weight training and lot of move around!. However, please do not ever think that you can be free to eat anything you want!. Especially if we are talking about 5000-6000 calories a day!.

The most important thing to stay lean and sustain healthy is the correct and balance eating plus other healthy life style: enough quality sleep at night and sufficient exercise!.

To keep healthy is not only watching our weight, it is more than that!. It is about comprehensive healthy life style!.
