I trying to figure out how many calories I consummed at lunch.?!

Question: I trying to figure out how many calories I consummed at lunch!.!?
I went on the subway website but it really didn't help!. I had a tuna wrap with 1 slice of american cheese pickles and a little bit of light mayo!. I know you can't give me an exact because we don't know the portion size but a estimate would help!.
ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
The nutritional vaue of tuna is pretty comparible to chicken, anf the nutirion info for the chicken wrap is out there:

Calories per serving: 262
Total calories: 410
Cals from fat: 90
Total fat: 10!.0
Sat fat: 3!.0
Carbohydrates: 56
Dietary fiber: 2
Sugar: 2
Protien: 25

you would also need to factor in the american cheese which, according to Fitday!.com would be approximately

78!.85 calories per slice
6!.56 grams of fat
4!.14 saturated fat
!.33 grams of carbs
4!.65 grams of protien

!.!.!.so your grand total, keeping in mind that these numbers are for chicken and tuna would be less fattening without the cheese and would yield slightly less calories per serving, would be approximately:

Calories488!.85
Total Fat16!.56
Sat fat7!.14
Carbs56!.33
Sugar2
Protien29!.65Www@Answer-Health@Com
