Question: Whats the easiest excersize with the best results!?
Its summertime soon, and I was hoping to be at my ideal weight by then, but somewhere along the lines I got sidetracked [of coarse]!. So now I absoluly HAVE to get in better shape over the summer!. Im 16!.!.!.160 lbs!.!.!.and like !.!.!. 5'4ish!.!.!.I know!.!.!.!. fat!.

Considering the fact that it is summer, I want an easy excersize that has the best results!.!.!.!.any help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Consistancy is the key!. Something you do everyday!. The best would be an activity you like to do!. Do it with a friend, and it won't seem like you are really excersizing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I found that step aerobics works best for me!. Try working out with a group of people to build support for days you don't feel like working out!. With summer starting, check your local parks and rec to see if they offer any pretty reasonably priced classes!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
