i had never run before for 20 minutes or more!. i heard running burns too much calories , so how can i be a runner/ jogger !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am not sure what you are asking but heres my shot at it!.

If you want to train your body to run/jog for more than 20 minutes at a time you need to start at 10 minutes, run for 10 minutes the first day without stopping!.
the next day u can increase that to 13, then maybe to 17 minutes and then to 20!. Once you have 20 minutes down, startr adding to that, slowly but surely youll be running for long distances and have great endurance!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get some decent running shoes!. I personally prefer New Balance!. You'll need to learn some stretching exercises for your leg muscles so you don't pull one right off the bat!. Go to the library and find a book about running that has illustrations of stretching exercises!. There's probably a "Dummies" book for it like there is for just about everything else!.

You'll want to start out gradually!. On your first day, run for maybe ten minutes, and add a minute each day after that!. Dress appropriately for the weather!. If it's cold enough that you feel you need a sweat shirt, wear one with a zippered front so you can unzip it if you get too warm!. Make sure you drink enough water before and after running!. If you can live without caffeine, please do so!. It's a diuretic and therefore robs your body of water!.

I don't know how much weight you need to lose!. If you're say, 50 lbs!. or more overweight, or you have any health issues (diabetes, heart problems) you might want to consult a doctor before you begin!.

Run in the daylight hours so you are visible to traffic and so nobody tries to mess with you!.

Well first you need to tell us how old you are, height, and weight!. You can burn calories running or jogging but you can burn more calories doing cardiovascular activities!. You don't necessarily have to run to burn calories!. Do activities that speed up your heart rate and make you sweat like swimming, playing basketball, volleyball, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

too much!.!.!. if you want to loose weight then you have to get up your heart rate to a faster than normal pace for 20 min!.!.!. after the first 20 min you start breaking down the fat (meaning the fat doesn't start breaking down until after 20 min) I jog/run 4-5 days a week about 6 miles!.!.!. i feel healthy and have lots of energy becasue of it!.!.!. run your hearts desire!.!.!.lol!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Running is an excellent way to lose weight!. You just need to go with what your body tells you!. Don't overdue it!. I went from barely being able to run a half a mile but now i can run 5 at a time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
