Question: What are some good and healthy snacks!?
wenever i feel like eating a snack i always choose the unhealthy kind,like chips,soda,etc etc but i'm always feeling lazy and fat wen i'm done eating!.do u know any healthy snacks!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you have a craving for carbs eat a sweet potato it will be so much better for you and cut the craving!.
If you have a sweet tooth, eat jello (sugar free)
If you want a quick snack eat protein!.!.!.it is better than carbs or sugar!. Protein will be more staisfying and you will not crash afterwards!. Eat a small handful of almonds, walnuts (non salted, non sugar or coated)!. Eat a piece of chicken, a piece of cheese or oatmeal (good amount of protein in oatmeal, the all natural no flavor plain kind)!.
And of course all fruits and veggies make a good snack!. Just remember that a lot of fruit still has sugar in it so don't over do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try dehydrated fruits!. nuts and regular fruits all healthy!. trade your soda for juices !. they both taste equally as good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
