Loosing weight in Arms and tummy?!


Question: Loosing weight in Arms and tummy!?
I got to the gym about 3-4 times a week, I do cardo for the first 15 minutes and then I weight train, the day depends on what muscles I do!. I feel like it isn't as effective as it should be!.

I was on the slim fast diet for about 3 weeks and I did loose 5 pounds but it just got so repetitive I couldn't do it anymore!.

Does any one know an effective diet that will help me loose weight in my problem areas, or some easy exercises!? I also get very winded easily, I have acute asthma!.

cardio, was my initial thought!! Just try cutting down on calories, instead of finding a miracle diet!! walking, is good too if you get winded easy! good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
