Question: 10 points to whoever can help me!.!.!.!.arm muscles!?
i have pretty thin arms and with summer coming up its hard to get to the weight room at school!. and even when i do lift, it seems like my arms are still skinny!. how can i get stronger with no equipment!? anyone who give me a good answer gets 10 ptsWww@Answer-Health@Com

I wish there was!. But no its pretty hard to get stronger without weights!. You just have to stay consistent! Don't give up after a month or so!. I didn't really start gaining alot of muscle until about my 2nd month of lifting!. Results aren't going to come instantly!. Don't worry about your size just stay consistent and I guarentee you will get bigger!. Also something that helps alot is muscle milk!. I drink it after my workout and before I go to bed!. It adds alot of bulk!. Its pretty good too!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have a really good stretch that would make u stronger!.!.!.
get in a push up position, then lift one leg, then put ur leg down, then lift an arm, and so on, so then you will always be on 3 legs/arms, if you get good at it, try only 2 legs/arms!.!.
