How do I get a flat stomach?!


Question: How do I get a flat stomach!?
My friend has a flat stomach, and shes kinda bragging about it! not just that, but i think myself i have to much of a pot belly! I am doing sports 2 times a week, running 5 days a week, and trying to eat healthy!. Im only 11, so i dont want to starve myself! help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just chill out! I'm thirteen and i don't have a flat stomach so i know what you feel like!. Try doing leg lifts, v-ups, bicycles and reverse curls!. Go on self !.com/workouts to find out more things you can do!. And don't sweat it!. If you feel really uncomfortable not having a flat stomach, suck it in!. It even helps flatten it by working your inner ab muscles!. Plus, if your friend is really making you feel bad about yourself, then she probably isn't really your friend!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't worry about your weight,
i know i do a lot ! & i am 13 yrs old and weight about 110 and im pretty short!. i've done so many things to try to get rid of my stomach and my best advice would be to just stay active and have fun don't worry about the way you look!.
and i know its hard because i have a friend who is SUPER SUPER skinny and i am very jealous of her because she is amazing at singing, dancing, and is very athletic!.
Just don't do what i did, and eat nothing!.
it really doesn't work trust me!.
andd you don't really get to decided where you lose the weight, all u have to do is keep in shape, but don't push yourself to much!.
and while doingg sit ups listen to your favorite music, and sing along and have fun!.!.!. you won't even notice your doing sit ups :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

im trying to do the same thing! Cardio like running is good because it help to shave of fat!. But you should also do crunches and try flutter kicks (lay on your back, and lift your legs up and down without touching the floor) also leg lifts (just lay on your back and raise both your legs up and hold it) i can feel the burn in my stomach muscles!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are ELEVEN years old!.!.!.why are you worried about what your stomach looks like!? And why do you care what your friends looks like!? If she is bragging about it and she knows it makes you feel bad about yourself, then she is not much of a friend now is she!? Don't worry! Your young and growing! Some fat is normal right before a growth spurt, so maybe you'll spurt up! Eleven is still young and you hav eno reason to worry or freak out about this at all! you seem healthy enough so i think your good and just growing!. :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

Chill - your only 11 and shouldn't be worrying about this!. Just to get started - eat healthy and exercise regularly and you'll be fine ;)
