Question: I want some fat on my belly!!?
Okay my waist inches is 29 inches!. I want mine to be 33 inches!. First don't say this is unhealthy or anything cause this is a fine waist size!. Does eating carbs really make your belly big!? Cause I eat tons of carbs each day!. And I love eating carbs!. Also does eating alot of trans fat make your belly big and I heard that eating trans fat shifts fat from other body parts to your belly!. Is this true!? Cause if it is I'll eat the trans fat!. Also what will my pant size be if my waist size will be 33!?

You can gain belly fat by eating all day long and not in meals!. i'm a bodybuilder and i eat high carbohydrate high fat high protein foods some days is low fat and some are high fat so it confuses the body and makes it burn fat!. But to gain weight eat all day long fats and all just whatever you can get your hands on all day don't eat in meals just constantly eat not a bunch but enough!. If you eat meals it speeds up your metabolism so you wont gain any weight!. But genetics plays a big role some people store fat in their butt stomach thighs back ext!.
