Question: Leg raises, cruches etc!?
Which of these are the most affective to getting a 6 pack!?!? Or any more!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Both are good, do them both!. But remember probably the biggest part of getting a six pack is getting rid of the layer of fat on your stomach, and you need to do cardio to get rid of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
