You know I once bought apple cider vinager, to dip my dumplings, and the bottle said it slims you down!. The next week I looked at this magazine, it recommended apple cider vinager!. I don't know any recipies to include that in your diet, but you can try the internet!.

Green tea is also good for you, makes you stronger and healthier, it's basically water +!.

Excercise! Muscle burns calories off faster than anything!

Also, don't eat a bite of your co-worker's lunch or eat chips, or have a drink of your regular soda!. Those things add up to hundreds of calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
