Question: What are foods that will help me gain muscle after a good workout!?!?
I workout 4 to 5 times a week and after every workout i take 12 ounces of creatine so i need something else to eat as in foods not supplements that wil help me gain muscle for this upcomming football season!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

PROTEIN!!! Protein shakes, Lean meats like skinless chicken breasts, beef, fish!.!.!.easy on the carbs, no white bread!.!.!.whole grains!.!.!.beans, eggs and dairy are good sources of protein also!. Stay away from high fat dairy!.!.!.skim milk is the best way to go!.!.!.good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
