What's the best way to loose weight?!


Question: What's the best way to loose weight!?
sooo i used to take a jazz/ballet dance class last year and i was tthe perfect weight but this year they canceled it and so i have some dance videos and pilates videos that my teacher gave me and i dance for like an hour and a half every other day!. but i'm not really loosing any weight!. =/
any suggestions!?
what's the best sport or techniques or anything!.
i also play tennis some weekends!.

Fast food is your number one enemy!. That means PIZZA is just for a very very special night!.
Exercise should be intense enough to increase your heart rate for an aerobic effect to take place which in turn will rev your metabolism!. tennis is very nice, but try ALSO spinning!.
And last but not least, watch your sweets!.
At the end, if you consume MORE calories than you need!.!.!.!.you will indeed get fat!. So, be smart, be healthy and get lean!.
