How can i get results fast from using creatine?

i just purchased creatine, and want to know what the results will be. i know it will be a increase in muscle improvement, but i also want to know what will happen if i don't be careful with it. how many days/weeks/months do i have in order to notice a change in body appearance. i'm 5'10 and 146 lbs, slim/slender. i have a very high metabolism. how many lbs will i gain for using this supplement. plus how many times do i use it within my training days and non training days? my goal to reach is aleast 170-180 lbs of muscle. please help me out. i want to be albe to break superman in half!!! jk


Answers:

This a performance supplement, not a muscle building supplement. Which means that creatine doesn't build muscle directly, it just helps your recovery time in between lifts, so that you can lift more. Creatine could possibly help you towards your lifting goals, but you have to have a good weight lifting program and a good eating regimen before you worry about supplements. If you do chose to use it, you need to go through a loading phase, a maintenance phase, and then a withdrawl phase, otherwise, you are just throwing your money away. Also, you need to be drinking a lot of water, so that the increased protein load doesn't damage your kidneys or liver. Check out my other answers for more info on lifting and gaining weights.
