Question: Do those incline machines that you hang upside down from really help your back!?
I've heard that by hanging upside down that gravity will help release stress on your spine and joints, allowing everything to get back into proper place!. Does anyone have one and what do you think of them!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stretching your back in any way, and strengthening your back in any way, is good for you!.
