Question: Gain Muscle, Lose fat!?
i want to gain some muscle and lose some fat (perferably stomach fat) what are the best weight lifting excercises to gain upper body muscle and the best cardio / abb workouts to lose stomach fat!?

i have about 1 week!.!.!. but im willing to work @$$ offWww@Answer-Health@Com

you'll need to diet as well in only one week, cut out refined sugar and white breads!.!.!.!.read " sugar busters" should be able to find it in any book store or even walmarts book section!.!.!.good for life!.!.!.eat chicken breasts with salads or tuna with salad!.!.!.for dressing use olive oil with red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar!.!.!.cut out potatoes and white rice and white pastas!.!.!.believe me!.!.this does work, but its not meant as a diet but for life!.!.!.!.exercise will turn fat into muscle which is heavier but it trims inches off!.!.!.!.!.but again you have to eat well and exercise!.!.!.exercise in itself will not take off very much weight, but eating well will on its own!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
