The most likely outcome to a one-time massive dose of vitamins/minerals would be massive diarrhea!. The high intake of vitamin C and minerals would induce an extreme osmotic effect in your gut, creating the massive diarrhea!.
A few vitamins in very high doses, taken for long periods of time (not just one massive dose), can cause toxicity!. Vitamin A and Vitamin D have this potential!.

I would not recommend overdose on anything!. If you are considering harming yourself via overdose or any other means please go to an emergency room or call 911 immediatly!.
