Can you all congratulate me?!


Question: Can you all congratulate me!?
I broke up with my BF after 5 long years in Janurary and I was a size 16 now I'm going into a size 12!. My goal is to be a size 8 any tips to help me get there!? I'm watching my meal portions and exercising once or twice a week!. ( I would love to be a size10 by the 4th of July!)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Congratulations! I would like to lose some weight too!. I guess you found a plan that works for you now stick to it!. Eat your fruit and veggies!. I think you may have to start exercising more eventually!.

Congrats Tiff, but why did it take for you to split up with your Bf before you took action about your weight!?

Maybe if you'd bothered when you where still with him you might still have a "BF"

Tip wise if you INCREASE your exercise and DECREASE your intake of rubbish you will automatically lose weight but don't rush it, the slower to the weight comes off the more likelly it will stay off!.

you should def try to exercise more than once a week!. experts say that cardio from 3-5 times a week is the proper amount towards weight loss with a balanced diet as well of course!.!. i think that is your only problem though, without really knowing what you eat and such!. But congrats on losing the weight, GOOD JOB =) you'll do good, just keep being motivated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Congrats!! You are becoming healthier each day and as you keep movin' your metabolism will become faster!
I'm sixteen and I lost a lot of weight last summer but during school i gained it all back, i'm now at a sad 142 lbs but by august i'm going for a slim 125!.
Also if you can I'd suggest excercising at least five times a week and on weekends you should rest!. Although i do do some lost intensity cardio on weekends to keep my body heated up!
