Question: Good diet plan/workout_can i lose 7 kilos!?
I am trying to lose 7 kilos B4 june 23
diet plan-

b-fast- 2 toast and milk

lunch- sandwhich(lean turkey) and green tea

dinner- special K cereal

2 liters of water everyday
15 mins of cycling
100 squats
300 sit-ups
100 push ups
and dancing on the weekends

do u think this is good!? any suggestions!? healthy detox!? tips!? i really want 2 lose weight, I've gained so much weight in the past months, i am currently 5'5 and i weigh 63 kilosWww@Answer-Health@Com

Its a great strategy!. As a nutrition expert myself, the correct way to ,ose way is slowly and steadily!. If you constantly maintain this plan you will achieve results!. As for losing 7 kilos, this diet might or might not work depending on your body!. This is what i call a more of a 'cardio'? diet - where you eat healthy (of course and stay active)!. To achieve more drastic results or if you're not losing weight fast enough (in the long term slow is better though) start adding soem weights or heavier exercises!. Realistically, this sounds like a great plan but over the years, I found these suggestion to also be helpful in a diet so take a look:1) Walking - at least 10,000 steps a day!. The best time to walk, in my opinion is right before and right after you eat!. A little of bit of fast walking/jogging beforehand!. Right afterwards, you dont wanna let the food sit and turn straight to fat and go to the thighs and rump, etc!. After eating, walk much slower than before!. A half hour or so sounds fine!. 2) Structure works great in diets!. So to help guarantee you walk an enough amount, get a pedometer!. Keep it with you!. You'll see how much you have gone and need to go!. Toghether we a scale you can see what's working for you and what's not and where improvement is needed!. With the food, you're making sme wise choices, I hope you can stick to i!. Just a note, milk should be in moderation and use the lowfat or nonfat ones!. Water is great not on my for keeping your bowels working well but it also fills you up!. Realistically, I'd tell one of my clients to eat more!. Starving and eating tiny amounts of food don't work in the long term (maybe for a summer slimdown lol)!. Go ahead and eat some salad at lunch and maybe even at dinner!. Salad is a great addition for any meal and it fills you up and gives you vitamins and nutrients!. But it's your choice, and its basically all up to you lol!.? good luck to you and if you need any help or advice message me and ill be more than happy to answer back!.P!.S!. If you get bored with Special K regular cereals such as Rice Krispies and Corn Flakes are more than ok and can be even better!. A good cereal should be around 100 calories a serving!. For me, I try to aim at around 1200 calories a day, but every body type ios different!. Moderate your food intake and lead an active and healthy lifestyle and you should be great!

You sound like you are on the right track!. You can also incorporate some healthy food meals into the mix but you fitness seems like you are off to losing the weight!. Here is a site to help you get more healthy recipes

Lots of walking, water and more fibre!.
I suggest that you take time to find a good guide on weight loss and dieting!. I can recommend one to you and I will post a link to my blog where I talk about issues like these at the bottom!.

Think of it like this!.!.!. if you follow the instructions on the blog weight loss and dieting should only take one attempt!. Why go through frustrating struggles and risk injury when you can do it the right way!.
