What is a good weight loss plan......?

Plz dont laught but I am 14 and i weight 155 lbs. and I cant seem to lose it I need advise

At 14 you may not be finished growing yet. Because of that, I would focus more on exercise than restricting food intake. The only foods you need to restrict would be junk foods (cake, candy, chips, soda...) Other than that, just eat when you get hungry.

Focus more on your exercise. Purchase a pedometer from your local pharmacy. Start by observing how many steps you take in a day for about a week, then increase your daily steps by 100. Don't worry so much about the distance you are walking, the pedometers are only accurate if you set them correctly. Just make sure the sensitivity is set right. To do this, take 100 steps and check to see that the pedometer recorded about 100 steps. (95-105 is good)

In gym class, really put effort into whatever you are doing. If you are playing a sport, put your all into it. Sweating is good for you. For that matter, join a sports team at your school. It's ok if you are not the best player, your goal is to get more exercise.

If possible, get a bicycle and ride it wherever you go. Back and forth to school and all over the place for the summer. It is a good way to gain independence (you will not be relying on your parents for transportation) and fun exercise.
