Question: Pilates body!? (PIctures included)!!?
This is the body that i wan't!.!.!.took me a while to decide, but that is my ideal body!.
Does it look like she got that thin from pilates maybe!?

How long would it take me to get tiny thighs and waist like that!?
I am 5'9 and 134 pounds!.
I realize i can't get that body by early june, but what about mid or late june early july!?
I am going to start a new diet monday where i basically eat just veggies, fruits, eggs, and no milk or yogurt or bread!.
How long should it take to get that body!?
And i already have a frame like that so it isn't like it's impossible to get that bodWww@Answer-Health@Com

What about lean protein!? You'll definitely need to up that, too, so don't forget that!.!.!. poultry, fish, some lean meat if you eat it!.

It seems like you don't have very far to go, honestly!. Your pic is fierce! But I don't know if this girl is really doing Pilates!. Maybe, but it seems more likely that she got this body by smoking cigs, doing lines, & munching lettuce leaves!. She's pretty drastically thin!

Your body is just that, *yours*!. I understand that it's very tempting to compare to all the media out there, but it's not being very nice to yourself!. Why not just focus on getting your own body to its ultimate form!? It probably won't look just like this girl, or anyone else's, but that's sorta the point!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

first of all, you can't tell from the pics what kind of body she has!.!.!.second, at 5'9'' and 134 pounds, you are not fat at all!.!.!.third, diet and exercise will help maintain your body/weight, so be happy with what you have (and if thats your pic for your avatar, and your body's as nice as your pic, you'll do fine)!.!.!.<not flattery, just fact!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unfortunatelty to get that body I am afraid you may have to stop eating all together and make yourself throw up a few times!.!.!.She does not look healthy at all!.!.!.I am 5'5 and 115lbs and I feel great!.!.!.If you are 5'9 and 134 sounds like you are already pretty skinny too!.!.!.Be happy where you are!.!.!.A walking skeleton is not sexy at all!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can still take 500ml of lowfat milk a day and a slice of whole grain bread a meal!.!.!.they will fuel your workout very well!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
