Ok so i need help?!


Question: Ok so i need help!?
ok so i want to get my chest and upper body up because i want them to match me lower body or be some what similar i squat 200 so i am not worried about legs right now its me chest and biceps and triceps!.

so lets say i am on the bench press and i do 100-110 reps of 10-12 sets or 4-5 is this good and if so how long will it take to get stronger i know it takes time tho

and lets say i work chest 1 day and the next day i day i work it again is this bad or is this good

and any ideas for getting cut or stronger thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Just to say, your squat is pitiful, you should worry about legs!.
For benching and rows, etc!. doing 3-5 sets of 6-12 reps is a safe bet!.
Also, getting your squat up will help your upper body size, too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
