Any suggestions for me??

ive been having some problems
im not heavy, 110.
but i do not like my size.
i dunno what i can do to make myself happier with the way
my body looks.
i want to be a few sizes smaller
and i dont want to be fatty.. like at all
any suggestions?
please help me :[

Drink more water and chew more gum to curb yur appatitte. Do not eat past 6. Try eating healtier too. here are some good, but healthy things:
1. Apples
2. Cabbage
3. Grapes
4. You can get low calorie and fat free yougurt and pudding
5. Try getting meats that are low fat and lean.
If you play sports or already exercise, then good. if you do not, just try to exercise 3 or 4 times a week. Or go and walk your dog or walk around with your friends. Another thing you can do is to run in place during comercial breaks. if you watch t.v. for 1 hour there are about 15 minutes of comercails, so then you would have ran for 15 minutes. But if you are under 15 or 16 chances are you are still growing, so I wouldn`t loose more then 5 pounds if i were you because your body needs you to have lots of energy and vitamins so that you can grow.
