Ok, I was at the 711 and bought staker 2 xplc for energy I took two pills and i keep checking my hr and its out of control!.!.!.I'm drinking alot of water but is there any advice anyone has on lessening these effects!? Self induced vomitting bad idea!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If its been over an hour since you ate them, then vomiting wouldn't do much, its already in your system!. Do you have any activated charcoal on hand!? If so use that!. Also keep drinking the water and eat some complex carbs like pasta or bread!.
