How can I lose weight before school starts using DDR?

Hi, I want to lose 10-20 lbs before school starts. I'm back in school September 10th. I want to use the dancing video game, DDR, because it is something I really enjoy and it's a great workout! How often should I play and how long, and how many calories should I eat everyday? What kind of foods will help me lose weight faster?

I love DDR! Great plan! That's like brainwashing cardio! As long as you are doing at least medium and not beginner or easy. Try a challenge level. That will tone those legs quick and keep you light on your feet!
Calories: probably about 2,000 daily. You want you diet to be 40% carbs, 30%fat and 30% protein since you need muscular endurence.
Food: Eat AFTER you DDR! Do cardio for about 30 min. at least, then wait for stomache to settle before you eat. Wait an hour after you eat before you DDR again.
Don't look at the scale. it lies. Just be happy with yourself. If you have a firm bum who cares if you weigh 124? If you look great, it doesn't matter what the scale says. K?
