I used to eat "soaked oats" almost every morning: soak some porridge oats over night with water to cover them, in the morning you can add chopped apple, nuts, cinnamon or what ever you like!. I would soak them in a plastic container with a lid, then I could take it to work with me if I didn't have time to eat it!.

Now I have a bit more time, and I have 3 or 4 options which I rotate!. Just knowing ahead of time is half the battle!.

1) cottage cheese with berries or other fruit
2) high-fiber cereal w!. milk and 1/2 banana
3) cheese melted on a piece of bread sprinkled with chili powder and 1/2 a grapefruit
4) slice of toast w!. peanut butter and an apple

All these things have protein, grain and fruit--so 3 food groups!. (Oh, except the cottage cheese =^} )

There are lots of packaged breakfast items that are great on the go such as breakfast/cereal bars, breakfast cookies, low-fat yogurt with fruit in them, just look around and check the labels!. Low-fat milkshakes are great too!. Or you could make low-fat muffins the night before and pop them in the microwave for 10 seconds when you're about to leave!. OR you could get up 10 minutes earlier and have a great breakfast!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yogurt with chopped banana in it!.!.throw some oatmeal on top! Tastes great!
Or buy the eggs in cartons (just the egg whites) pour them in a pan and cook for like 3 minutes and they make AMAZING scrambled eggs!.!.!.and plus since there is no yolk there is no fat or cholesterol in them!
