Not sure what you call this?!

Question: Not sure what you call this!?
Okay, so I just started working out again like a month ago and I'm nothing but skin and bones lol so it doesn't take long at all for me to see results!. I have a super fast metabolism and I don't really gain weight!. I'm 18 and I figure if I don't bulk up my warehouse job is going to kill me!. I noticed when I take a picture of myself I see this below:

Now, when i look down or in a mirror I don't really see this!. And, I know I'm still really skinny, but I see a six pack coming in there!. I'm also very white I'm not into the whole long term skin cancer thingy so I don't tan!. I notice it all depends how the light hits your body!. So, I figure if I get a tan and a few more weeks this whole thing might be visible more of then now!. So, does getting a tan bring out a more visible tone!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
yes a tan does and if you want to build muscle you need to double or triple your calorie intake!. you need fat on your body as mass and then when you finally start to build muscle that mass can easliy switch places with the muscle!.-way more complicated than that but that is like the dumbed down version!. so if your metabolism is fast then double your cal intake and you should build muscle quicker!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

tanning makes it look more defined, and that's it!. If you want to bulk you need to do some serious eating, but if all you want is to be strong then just continue working out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is the tone that brings out the tone!. The tan may accentuate it, and there are long-term effects from tannning if you sit in the sun for hours on end!. Some light tanning would be good!. And Sunlight helps your body make vitamin-d!. It wouldn't hurt to moderately tan!. But if you want to see results then eat a lot of protein!. Your body needs to have a higher intake to effectively build more of you!. And don't over work out becasue your muscle will only keep tearing!. You need to give them time to repair and grow in bigger and then do it again!. 3 times a week is a good amount to lift weights!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not sure about tanning bringing it out more!.!.!.sorry!

But, if you're worried about being too skinny, just make sure you're not eating too few calories!. Try to keep track of how many calories you burn in a work out (asking a trainer could help), and then make sure you eat enough to maintain your body as it is, and to make up for those burn calories!. If you eat just the amount your body needs, you'll maintain, if you eat too few, you'll lose, and if you eat too much you'll gain!.

Just keep that in mind, and also don't go overboard with working out!. ;-)

All the best!Www@Answer-Health@Com
