Question: Pudge on lower stomach and thighs!. How do I get rid of it!?
I am 5'5' a female, and I weigh 159!. I need some actual tips please!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to calorie count, eat every 2-3 hours(small meals) and most of all muscle burns fat 60% more than cardio!.!. Cardio is good for the heart and to keep your metabolism up but you need some weights!. Look up nutrition calculators it will tell you how many calories your body burns alone then you add how many you burn with exercise eat just 100 -300 less than that number and you will loose that pudge!. If you divide your num!. by 5-6 and eat those amount of calories every 2-3 hours it becomes very easy!.!. Good Luck Hope that helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

do the ab exercises like crunches, lay down on the flat surface and try to pull your legs up and slowly go back don't touch the Flore and pull up again these kind of exercises will helpWww@Answer-Health@Com
