What would be the correct combination of exercise for my weight loss?!


Question: What would be the correct combination of exercise for my weight loss!?
I dont know much about exercise, but i need to lose weight!. I'm 190lbs and obese!. I keep hearing about cardio, and stuff but i am not sure about what it all means!. What is the best combination of exercise types so i can lose weight in the shortest amount of time!? (i mean, both lose weight fast and i dont have alot of time to spend on exercise)Www@Answer-Health@Com

lots and lots of CARDIO!
cardio are exercises like (continuos for all)running jogging walking dnacing!. things that keep you moving!. if you really are obese then i suggest just focus on your cardio!. Once you start dropping the pounds!. then you can focus on strength training!. Lifting weights!.
but you can't just exercise you need to make a life style change and stick with it!. try and eat healthy food when possible and cut out the fast food!. keep protien bars in the car so you dont have to stop for it!.

Let me start by saying, good for you! Next there is no real fast weight-loss unless you want it to come back even faster!. You need a good diet and workout plan!. All this crap about pills and shakes is all just marketing at its best!. Get yourself on a high protein diet, cardi for about 30-40 mins a day, and wights ALWAYS DO WEIGHTS! Try a total boday workout to start!. I would always consult with a Doctor before starting any diet or workout routine!. You may want to also consider the bypass operation!. Just remember there is no quick fix, and please make sure to combine the diet and work out (don't workout and eat what ever you want) or don't diet and not work out! Honestly,first and best thing you can do!.!.!.!.start drinking nothing but water!. 2nd!.!.!.to get layers of fat off, run,walk, jog all of that!. 3rd!.!.!.sit ups!.!.!.sit ups build stomach muscle and burn fat real quick!. try any activity that involves some type of continuous movement like cycling, swimming, running, aerobics, rowing, stairclimbing, etc!. do it for 30 minutes or so a day, eat a little healthier drink lots of water!. you'll be good to go =]Www@Answer-Health@Com
