Is coconut water better than gatorade after workouts?!


Question: Is coconut water better than gatorade after workouts!?
I heard pure, raw, coconut water is a lot better for your body after workouts or any type of phsyical activity rather than gatorade and other sports drink!. I was reading up on it and thought it was interesting, is this true!?
