I have lost weight, but my little double chin is still there?!


Question: I have lost weight, but my little double chin is still there!?
I was 262 last fall!. I walk everyday for about 60-90 minutes!. Im now down to 240!. Is this good!? Ive been walking on a treadmill since a month and a half ago!. Somedays I just want to give up because I feel like I excersise so much but dont get anywhere!. I lose about a pound a week, but I get discouraged!. But I manage to get up everyday and excersise!. Im 16 years old!.

I just wish this weight would get off of me!. Ive noticied that im able to fit into shirts that were a little tight on me and now they fit perfect and things!. Like I can wear these old pants that I couldnt wear before but it just isnt enough to keep me going!. Today ive already walked about 75 minutes and Im going to walk another 30!. Today im pushing myself and letting myself know that I can do it!

Is this a good idea!? Has anyone tried to lose weight and it took forever!? I know I want to get to about 210 because I'll be satisfied and look great!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wow Thomas B! That is seriously amazing! Well!.!.!. to the sounds of it you are doing great at what you are doing now!. I would say keep up with what you are doing!. You might want to consider doing biking or something to help a little!. As for the double chin!.!.!. there really is not much that you can do!. You it can take a while for your chin to change!. You can be very skinny and still have a double chin!.
When one loses weight it is a good feeling!. When I found out this week that I need to tighten my belt for my pants I was over excited from the loss of weight!. Always consider to push your limits, but be careful that you don't over do it!.

Sadly enough, we can't decide where we lose weight!. Keep it up and the weight will come off!.
