Am i strong for my age?!


Question: Am i strong for my age!?
I'm 14 years old, 5'10, 140 and here is my max-weightlifting stats below (i just started 1 month ago)-

Max Bicep Curl in 1 arm- 40 lbs
Max Calf Raise - 350 lbs
Max Deadlift- 200 lbs
Max Bench Press- 140 lbs

Am i strong for my age or atleast on the right track!?

By the way i don't really wanna lift to get really bulky, i want my muscles to be toned and defined but not bulgy and bulky because i will lose speed and look ugly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Weight lifting will not slow your growth!. It is an old myth that is really getting tired!.

Your stats are strong!. Just realize that calf raise and biceps curl are not power lifts, nor should they be used that way!. The quickest way to hurt yourself is to do something stupid like strain a bicep tendon while trying to curl as much weight as possible!.

Yeah your strong for age!. But be careful working out with weights at your age!. Your still growing and it will slow your growth process down!. You'd be better off to do push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, even light weights!. Your physical appearance and athletic ability will be better if you allow yourself to fully grow!. Wait till your 16 or 17 at least, before you try to bulk-up!. Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com

well i have to admit your pretty strong for your age!. dont take it too seriously if someone says your weak!. most people cant even do a push up when they are 16Www@Answer-Health@Com
