Health Risk? I'm about to give up caffeine, nicotine, and sugar - all on the same day.?

I've become utterly, disgustingly dependent on caffeine, nicotine, and sugar to get me through the day. Currently, I smoke two and a half packs a day, drink two pots of coffee, and snack on sugar two to four times a day. If I don’t stop, they will literally be the death of me.

What can I expect symptom-wise and for how long? Also, is it medically safe to quit all three so abruptly?


Answers:

you are setting yourself up to fail. you should cut the most dagerious first the smokes and when you quit that and your good you dont "need it any more" cut the sugar its the next bad thing for you it causes weight gain and diabeties,. 2 weeks after that cut out the cafeen SLOWLY if you cut it cold tirkey you will be verrrrrrry sick like your ganna die head acks vomiting ect. so cut down to 1 pot of the coffe a day than 1/2 pot that would be fine to stay on......
