recent studies show that it dosent matter what time of day you exercise nor does it matter if get all your exercise all at once!. for example it dosent matter if you run 30 minutes at dawn or run 10 mins at dawn 10 mins at noon and 10 mins at midnight!. it is most important that you find an exercise routine that you will stick too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

calories are calories, no matter what time of day it is!. It doesn't matter what time you exercise, don't listen to anyone that tell you different!. People have opposing answers to this question when the truth is, even if there is a difference, isn't big enough to matter!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
