Your mental ability would be decreased by lack of good fats which the brain requires to function!.

No!. You need fiber otherwise you will not be able to defecate after a few days, especially since the iron in vitamins may make you constipated!.
You need a little fat for brain and hormone function!.
You need proteins to feed your heart, brain and body muscles!.
You need glucose, for brain, muscle and organ function!.

no if you do it once it cleanses your pallet and you can drop up to 10 lbs in a day!.
