Question: Exercising help- i need to be strong and flexable, PLEASE HELP!.!?
i need excercises that will make me stronger (but not with bulky muscles) and flexable by the end of this summer!. i have a membership to a health club so i have access to a pool, many excercising classes, weights, and other things!.
