Question: How to get rid of upper leg fat!?
i have no problem with my tummy, but somehow my legs collect weight!.
I've the top 3 inches of my legs i'd love to slim down!.
walking/running has helped the rest of my legs n me bum, but this bit seems really stubborn!

Give me a break, cheese does not go to one particular body part!. If you want your legs to be smaller you have to lose fat by using more energy than you consume!. You can do this with diet, exercise or both!. But you'll have to lose fat overall, you can't spot reduce!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you're talking about your thighs, i've learned that cheese goes right into them!. I hoped that helped, because my thighs stopped gaining much into them because i cut back on my cheese intake!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
