How can I keep myself from eating when I'm bored or stressed.?!


Question: How can I keep myself from eating when I'm bored or stressed!.!?
Sometimes when I'm bored or stressed I find myself going to the fridge or ordering a whole pizza or make a bunch of baloney sandwiches, and then later I feel so bad that I ate all that!. But, how come I don't feel bad before I eat all that!. Can anyone give me a way to remind myself (that works) not to eat!. I even put a lock on the fridge but I ended up breakign the lock off once!. My brother Junior even tried to get me to eat eggs healthier but then again, he doesn't know how to run his plate like I do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When I'm bored or stressed I think!.!.!.not eat!. But you should drink A LOT of water when your hungry!.!. it would work for me if I got hungry!. I would drink like 3 glasses & I would be full & going potty for the next like hour which kept my mind off food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you do there was a TV show that ran for four weeks called "I Can Make you Thin" on TLC!. It was very good and they may run it once in awhile!. He answered a lot of questions about that for me and he has a really cool method for weight loss!. His name is Paul McKenna and he is amazing!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Video games help, the Wii is a great way to keep fit and great fun to!. if that doesnt do try and take up a hobby like playin the guitar or photography!. or you can just eat fruit!. its just as sweet as chocolate and much better, if u find them boring try exotic fruits like paw-paw, guavas and dried fruits!. You could avoid becoming bored or stressed!. Failing that, you can simply avoid places where food might be available or evn suitable during times of boredom or stress!. Don't go to the superrmarket and avoid restaraunts, especially fast food restaurants when you are bored or stressed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drinking water is a good idea, and if you do have to chew on something, just toss in a few health good items!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Find something else to do!. Maybe go running with your iPod or something!. It's fun and a really big stress reliever!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
