I Need a Leg workout?!


Question: I Need a Leg workout!?
my calves arnt that big either are my legs in general i need a workout for my legs to get bigger and for my vertical jump to increase!? thanks to whom answers!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Squats are the backbone of a good leg workout!. Don't go too heavy at first!. Lunges are great too, they will make your legs really sore though (that's not necessarily a bad thing)!. For your calves you can stand an elevated surface such as a stair and let the back of your foot hang off of it, then push yourself up onto your tiptoes and let yourself back down!. Do as many as you can for three sets!. Leg extensions are good for your quads and leg curls are good for your hamstrings!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
