Do I seriously need to eat less than that? =O?!


Question: Do I seriously need to eat less than that!? =O!?
I only burn about 500 calories at the gym and I usually consume between 1800-2000 calories a day!.!.and I CANNOT possibly have less calories than that because I LOVE my food! D= lol
is there any hope i'll be able to get rid of all the winter weight!? I'm totally clueless I'v never been on a diet before, Do i seriously need to eat less than that!?!?

Also what's the difference between elliptical trainers and summit trainers at the gym!? they look pretty much the same!. =SWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you are serious about losing weight, then I suggest consuming around 1500-1700 calories a day!. And don't forget you burn calories by taking simple walks! Dieting doesn't necessarily mean cutting out the foods you love, it just means eating in moderation!. Instead of having the whole candy bar, eat half!. Instead of getting the coca-cola, get the diet coke!. Simple changes can make a great difference!. And always drink lots of water! And if you are a big fast food junkie, try to eat it only once a week!. I hope these tips help! :)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well!.!.!.If you really like your food your only choice is to do more exercise!.

Its either more exercise!.!.!.or cutting out the pizza, chicken, sugar, any kind of gravy etc!.!.!.

So basically you would be eating only lean meats (chicken and fish w/ no added fats like butter or oil)!. Lots of Salad & Veggies!.!.!.and some fresh fruit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
