I am scared of...?!


Question: I am scared of!.!.!.!?
1::i really wanna loose figure but i am scared of the side effects of DIETING!.!.!.!.like eyesight weakens,hair loss,loosing face freshness and all that!.!.may be it soundz stupid but i really feel all these factors when i think about loosin figure!.!.


2::what is the best way to set my mind that "i have to loose weight"!.!.!.theres no consistency in myself!.!.what should i do!?!? :(

3::and the last one question!.!.asked by my friend that what is the good time to eat sweets or sweety stuff !?!?

1!. dont bank on the word fast!.!.to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 4 pounds of fat per week

2!. start brisk walking 1-2 hrs a day

3!. drink only water,lowfat milk and lots of green tea

4!. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well!.!.

5!. do lots of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your other efforts

6!. get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring!.!.or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of cardio available and stick to all that you like

7!. always push yourself n never give up!

8!. sweet stuffs!?ok, just a small portion once a week

The Great Life Diet by Denny Waxman!. Not a diet as much as a great way to look good!. And the Perricone Presciption by Nicholas Perricone!. Another way to look good!. Both at the public library!.

Eat anything you want after breakfast (7am-8am) and lunch (11am - 1pm)!. Breakfast and lunch must be super nutritious for you to earn your goodie!. Around 2pm!. Be careful!. If you start a binge after you do this, it means you are eating too much sugar and you gotta lay off the sweets for ten days!. Substitute salt (in high fat nuts like cashews and pistachios and macadamias) to switch off your sweet tooth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eating healthy (the only diet that works!) will not cause these side effects, it imporves them!

Look at pics of people you want to look like, make a goal and if you complete it treat yourself to something (not food wise, like shopping, haircut, nails etc)

1) dont diet!.!.!.!.its not healthy!. eat whatever you want, just less of it and more often!.!.!.also dont eat 3 hours before you go to sleep!. if you do diet, it wont last and youll give up and eat a lot , therefore youll gain weight!. also if you lose weight too fast, your body will think you are starving it and so as a way of fighting back, the body will gain weight off of even the tiniest thing you eat!.

2) i have that same problem!.!.!.actually as soon as u see a little progress, you will get motivated to do more! or if your fat, look at yourself in the mirror and remind yourself how much you want to lose that weight!.!.!.or you could look at models and remind yourself how much you want to look liike them (i know it sounds bad but it works) (i dont know how old you are or what your gender is but!.!.!.) you could think about a girl or guy you wish you could impress!.!. or think about an event that is coming up in which you would love to be skinnier for (i have a school dance coming up and thats what i do)

3) you should eat sweets whenever you feel like it!.!.!.so you dont deprive your body of it (because if you do!.!.!.one day youll explode (i dont know how else to say it) and eat a whole bunch of it! or you could choose one day of the week to eat whatever you wantWww@Answer-Health@Com
