What should i do to lose fat and gain muscle!!!?
Im 15 years old almost 16. I weigh maybe 208-215 i am maybe 5'10.(hopefully taller as i persue my major leauge baseball career) I lift weights but i stopped for maybe 6 months because of baseball season. (i didnt want to restrict my arm to throwing/ hitting) i dropped my benching weight 30 pounds. just need a layout of things i should do...such as running..weight lifting routines...anything to help me lose fat and still look good with muscle. My goal weight is 185. I am very determined so if anyone can help i would sure appreciate it.

Up the cardio, burn more calories than you consume in a day.
There is 3,500 calories in a pound. Try to burn 500-600 calories by any aerobic means necessary.
You can lose around 1-2lbs a week, more then 2lbs = You are burning muscle off.
Do not eat 3 large meals a day, eat 6 small meals a day.
Consume alot of water, but not in one shot!
Take a multi-vitamin
