hi there!.!. i am 16 years old and in a month, i'll be going to college so i wanna lose weight!.!. i've been doing jumping ropes evryday, riding a bike and playing badminton!.!. i eat smaal portions of food that i think can give me just enough energy!.!.!. i avoid junk foods and high-fat food!.!.but i really can't lose weight succesfully!.!. do u know any exercise that can make my stomach thinner or my arms and legs smaller!?!? i really really want to lose weight!.!. and does avoiding to eat after 6 pm really help you lose weight!?!?!?!?!?!? help please!.!. thank you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

So far you are doing everything right !. Is this a genetic question because if anyone in your family is overweight you will be too !. Try your hand at basketball !. It's an aerobic excellent exercise that is free and you can do yourself !. Take the ball and dribble it up and down the court then go for a layup or shoot it !. You don't see many fat basketball players !.The reason why you can't eat after 6pm is because you will go to sleep and it sounds like your metabolism is very slow !.Eating in the morning or afternoon is fine because you have time to burn off those calories !.While , falling asleep after a meal will make you gain weight because you are not able to burn off your body fat !. If you take a walk after eating at 6 pm !. You should be fine !. As a matter of fact ; With the excersizes that you are now doing require alot of carbohydrates and protein !. If you don't eat much !.you'll be light headed while you are working out !. Drink 8 glasses of water a day to flush out your system and take an 81 mg of aspirin a day !. Aspirin is a blood thinner !.!.Also, a glass of wine every so often is healthy for your heart !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok try geting on the treadmil and running a nice steady pace at around number 7 for about 5 min just to worm up then hit the treadmil at leavel 10 or higher if u want or can then run on that for 60 seconds then hit 3 and walk for 60 seconds and do that for about a half an hour if u do that u'll be dreanched by the endWww@Answer-Health@Com

Simple answer: muscles weigh more then fat!. You dont want to lose weight, you want to look good!. Fat isnt better then muscle, but muscles give a better curve then nothing!. Also you can eat but retain(drink less) water fluids!. Its 70% or so of our weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I dont know about the 6pm myth, but I run atleast a mile everyday and that keeps my weight down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. dont bank on the word 'fast' & 'quick'!.!.to stay safe,you
shoudnt lose beyond 4 pounds of fat per week

2!. start brisk walking 1-2 hrs a day

3!. drink only water,lowfat milk and lots of green tea

4!. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and
veggies very well!.!.

5!. do lots of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the
best from your other efforts

6!. get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring!.!.!.
or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of
cardio available and stick to all that you like

7!. always push yourself n never give up!

8!. giv yourself a tiny treat of indulgence once a week

9!. be smart when eating out or at functions/events!.!.

10!. dont believe in myths like "no food after 6pm'!.!.!.
remember,you have to keep yourself nourished
to lose fat!.!.if you are scared to take a bite,try mixing
a glass of lowfat choclate milk with a little oatmeal
