I messed my diet today.. what should i do?!


Question: I messed my diet today!.!. what should i do!?
i'm on a strict diet for prom!.
i've been on it for 2 weeks, but messed up here and there!.!.
don't see any changes!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
so today, for breakfast, i had an orange!.
for lunch (12) i had an apple!.
and when i came home,
my brother brough a burrito, and he didn't finish it!.
i gave in and finished it !.!. TT
like 1/4 a burritos (steak, and tomato)
than i got discouraged and ate another orange, and ate 1/2 cup of rice with seaweed!.!.!.
and i am sooo sad!.!.!.!.!.
what should i do!.
i'm estimating that i had 400kcal
please help!!!

well that doesnt sound bad at all!. You need some type of protein in there to help you burn fat!. Steak how evere not the best choice!. You'll be fine go for a half hour to 45 minute walk to feel a lot better and burn those extra calories!. But from now on try having some grilled chicken for lunch or if your a vegitarian a little handfull of nuts!. Just a little protein helps!. And drink a lot of water everyday and try and extra glass or 2 today!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You do realize one day will not kill you and by reducing your calories as much as you did you are actually slowing your metabolism down (your body is frantically in starvation mode trying to hold on to as many sources of energy as it can)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tough, if you've been eating less than 1200 cals per day your body will be in starvation mode so will cling to the calories by storing them as fat!.

You know 400 isnt a lot!.

i think you need to get serious if you want to loose weight your not doing it the right way!. for starters you actually need to eat more!. have a good breakfast this very important!!! because it gets your metabolism going so that the food that you eat during the day will burn faster!. also make sure that you eat six small meals a day that way you wont give into temptations as often because you wont be starving!. fruit and veggies are good but also include meat and things like rice of pasta!. one other thing you really need to do in order to loose the weight quickly is to run or do a cardio workout for at least half an hr a day at least three days a week!.
if you can do that and kick out the fatty and sweet foods you should start to see a difference!.
but dont starve yourself its the worst thing you can do!Www@Answer-Health@Com
