How many days a week do you exercise?!


Question: How many days a week do you exercise!?
I was wondering, for the people out there who exercise, how long do u do it each day and for how many days a week!? On the days you may not exercise do you eat less!? I run 3 miles ususally everyday and I walk on wednesday and sometimes do other exercise on friday and saturday, is this good!? Should I eat less on the days I might take off exercise!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi there!. I go to the gym on a Monday morning and workout in weights and cardio (treadmill) for 90 mins!. Monday night I do two spin classes!. Tues night I run for 30 minutes!. Wed night I do body pump 55 mins and spin class after that 30 mins!. Day off Thurs!. Jog Friday for 30 mins and Sat off!. Jog Sunday for 30 mins!. On the days I don't exercise I don't eat as much!. I try to reduce my calorie intake by 500 cals on those days, but on the days I do exercise I eat more!. What you are doing sounds fine to me but you might want to add in some weight work to help burn fat that little bit quicker!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I work out 6 or 7 days a week!. I do 30-40 minutes of cardio every time and then train a certain muscle group or two!. I train legs, shoulders, chest, bi-tris, and then restart the cycle!. I take a day off when my body tells me to do so!. I use my gym time and exercise as a stress relief and as my time!. I don't go to socialize but I do talk to people at the gym!. As long as you do different things every time you work out you are fine!. I used to be a competitive bodybuilder so my off days I try to eat less calories but not always!. I just try to watch what I eat but cheat once in a while!. You have to enjoy your life and have fun especially when you work out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

7 days a week with maybe 1-2 days off each month!. I try to make working out a habit that I do regardless of how I feel, unless I'm sick!. Also, I have no qualms about not working out when on vacation or traveling!. I run every other day and the other days I lift weights!. My weight lifting days are my "days off" since running seems to take more out of me than lifting weights!.

I try to exercise everyday but i dont have any time!.

never eat less then your regular diet!. satistics says that poeple who eat less that people who diet along acctually weigh more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
