Bulking up.?
Im 6'1 and only weigh 160 lbs because I have been doing long distance running for a pretty good while which means that I am pretty much a stick. I really want to strengthen my upper body, which as a runner is pretty weak. I dont want to do anything drastic but I would like to build up my strengh and muscles heathily and safely. Im not in a rush so the long term solution is the best.

heavy weight low reps for bulk ,light weights faster reps for toning and stamina do heavy weights every second day as muscles need the rest to bulk up drink protein shacks good with banana in it.
